Vanilla Buttercream 

This is the recipe that Janae has been using. She has become the official family cake maker. Which is so great because decorating cakes for me equals your whole kitchen exploding. 

 1 C. unsalted butter (I never use unsalted...because why?)

Pinch of salt 

1 TBSP. Mexican vanilla 

1/4 C. heavy cream 

5-7 C. sifted powdered sugar

Put all the ingredients in the Bosch mixer and combine.
