French Toast Crunch

 French Toast Crunch

Another new recipe I tried this weekend was from Johanna Gaines new cooking show and it was so good! Definitely improved French Toast for me. 


French Toast Crunch

3/4 C sugar 

1/8 tsp cream of tartar

2 TBSP water 

3 TBSP butter 

Pinch of salt

1/4 C heavy cream 

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Corn Flakes 

8 eggs 

1 C cream 

2 tsp vanilla 



- Put sugar, cream of tartar, and 2 TBSP water  in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, about 5 minutes. 

Take off heat and butter, salt, and heavy cream. Mix in cinnamon. 

Stir together.

Spread over 

Corn Flakes 

Mix together for french toast. 

8 eggs 

1 C cream 

2 tsp vanilla
