Brown Sugar Pork Chops

 So my family had a friend from Tonga that made these for them and when they told me that there was like brown sugar and soy sauce on the pork chop... I was sceptical for sure. But hey I'll own up to being wrong. 

Brown Sugar Pork Chops 

2 C Chicken broth 

3 TBSP Brown Sugar 

3 TBSP Soy Sauce 

2 TBSP Cornstarch 

Pinch of Red Pepper Flake 


Directions:

Put a little olive oil in the pan and fry the pork chops. Mix the ingredients together and pour over the pork chops. Bring to a boil. Put lid on and simmer for 30 minutes. 

Serve over rice or noodles.
